A huge project of VinUni University is gradually into operation

In 2018, VinGroup officially launched VinUni University with the ambition of providing non-profit university, in order to bring a breakthrough to the quality of Vietnamese higher education, aim to world-class-level.

About VinUni University

VinUni is a university built base on international standards, integrating with elite models of global higher education. VinUni education towards educating elite students, disqualify profile and interview right at the entry point with very limited enrollment, only 300 students/year. However, students in VinUni will benefit the best educational environment when VinUni invests in building the world-class standards of research, teaching, jobs and internationalization.

In 04/2018, VinUni University project signed a cooperated strategic agreement with Cornell University and Pennsylvania University (Penn), which belong to Ivy League University group and stand in top 20 best University globally. These 2 universities will support VinUni to develop an elite university model, along with building management system, program development, recruitment, enrollment and quality accreditation.

After the signing cooperation, Cornell and Penn accompanied with VinUni to attract about 3000 candidates, including many talents who have worked, studied, researched at world best universities as lecturer/researcher. This is an advantage for VinUni to have an academic team with vision, enthusiasm, talent and appropriate with training goal of an elite university.

Great scale with modern facilities.

VinUni is located in the precinct of Vinhomes OceanPark (Gia Lam, Ha Noi), the total investment is VND 3,5 billion sponsored by VinGroup with 23 hectares of total area. At the moment, VinUni has finished basic categories, which are: main building, dormitories, sport complex, library, labs rooms and stimulated buildings. The entire landscape design, interior and school equipment are aimed to optimize students’ as well as lecturers’ experiences and meeting the QS 5-star of Quacquarelli Symonds.

Deploying installation 3S Keyless Lock system for dormitories.

With the scale and high class of VinUni, Locker & Lock is pleased to be one of the trustful supplier of VinGroup. In fact, for VinUni project, Locker & Lock has provided more than 400 3S keyless locks for wooden lockers in dormitories. With this product, students can easily open or close and also have assurance about their own properties due to the safety and security of 3S keyless lock.

On 01/01/2020, Locker & Lock has installed and handed over the lock to VinUni. After several times of trial, the management as well as investors are very satisfied with the product quality.
